About the Location
Sports Fields & Courts
Spread across 28 acres, Trimmier Park is a sporty paradise in Mobile. You'll come across several baseball fields, a softball field, and a football field ready for your game day.
The fields come with lighting for evening play, though heads up - sometimes the lights can be a bit finicky. If basketball's more your thing, there's a half-court with a single hoop meant for shooting around or playing a quick pickup game.
Family-Friendly Spots
Kids will love the playground with its variety of climbing structures and play equipment. The park recently added new play and exercise gear that caters to all ages, so parents can get a workout in while the little ones play.
Planning a get-together? The pavilion areas offer plenty of tables under nice shady spots, and barbecue pits stand ready for your grilling adventures. These areas make for perfect family reunion or birthday party settings when the weather's nice.
Getting Active
Fitness enthusiasts appreciate the paved walking/jogging path that loops around the park - it's especially popular with locals getting their steps in. There's even a dedicated running pad for children near the playground where kids can burn off energy safely.
The well-maintained green spaces around the park provide plenty of room for tossing a frisbee, walking your dog, or simply finding a quiet spot to relax with a book. The clean grounds and peaceful atmosphere make Trimmier a local favorite space.
