Julpun Community Park, pronounced "Hool-poon", pays homage to the indigenous Bay Miwok Native American Tribe, who were the original inhabitants of the Antioch and Oakley areas.
Park Overview
This newly developed 8.22-acre park is situated near Sierra Trail Way and Summit View Way in Antioch, California. The park is part of The Crest at Park Ridge housing development by Davidon Homes.
Designed to serve both the residents of the new neighborhoods and the wider Antioch community, Julpun Park offers a variety of recreational facilities spread across its grounds.
Recreational Opportunities
The park features both active and passive recreation areas, catering to diverse interests and age groups. It is conveniently located adjacent to the Valeriano and Giuseppina Jacuzzi Knolls Open Space, a 25.51-acre area that provides additional outdoor recreational opportunities.
