About Coyote Canyon Park
A Peaceful Mountain Retreat
Nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, Coyote Canyon Park spans a generous 12.5 acres in Fontana, California. This active sports park offers a welcome escape from city life and serves the surrounding suburban neighborhood.
Originally designed for Centex Homes in partnership with the City of Fontana (who now manages the space), this park is now an established part of the surrounding residential development.
Get Your Game On
The park has multiple baseball fields that regularly host everything from casual games to youth league tournaments. Whether you're stepping up to bat or cheering from the sidelines, there's plenty of diamond action to enjoy.
Got little ones in tow? The thoughtfully designed playground area sits conveniently near the baseball fields, so you can keep an eye on your younger children while watching the game unfold.
If you prefer a more relaxed pace, take a breather on the park's walking trail that meanders through the grounds. Even on weekends, you'll come across the atmosphere surprisingly tranquil - excellent for clearing your mind after a hectic week.

The park shines as a social hub with its welcoming picnic areas complete with tables and shelters. Planning a family gathering? Multiple barbecue facilities make this an ideal spot for birthday celebrations or weekend cookouts with friends.
