Got a skater in the family? The dedicated skate park is ideal for practicing ollies and kickflips in a safe setting. There's also a gymnasium for indoor activities, however heads up - it's scheduled for a makeover with renovations planned for 2025.

Family-Friendly Spaces

If you're looking for a place to bring the kids, Independence Park has nice options. The playground offers plenty of opportunities for little ones to burn off energy while you can keep an eye on them from nearby.

Hungry? Scattered within the park are numerous picnic tables excellent for enjoying lunch outdoors or hosting a small gathering. Just note that while there are designated areas for get-togethers, cooking facilities are somewhat limited. Restrooms are conveniently located on-site - always a plus when spending the day outdoors.
