Timberlane Park
About Timberlane Park
Places to Play & Relax
Timberlane Park has something for everyone in the family. The little ones can explore the small playground while older kids can tackle the challenges of the larger playground - both offering safe spaces where children can burn off energy and make new friends.
If you're into America's favorite pastime, you'll appreciate the baseball fields where you can catch a local game or organize your own friendly match. Scattered around the playground area are plenty of picnic tables, ideal for enjoying a packed lunch or gathering with friends for an afternoon outdoors.
The Great Outdoors
One of the nicest features of this park is its large lawn area that's kept clean and well-maintained. It's a versatile space where you can toss a frisbee, spread out a blanket for sunbathing, or just enjoy the open air.
The park offers two parking entrances for your convenience. Just a heads up - both parking areas have dirt surfaces rather than paved lots, so you might want to keep this in mind if it's recently rained.
Learning Through Play
Timberlane's Activity Center is a local favorite, housing the popular Little Learners program designed for children from 15 months to 5 years old. It's a wonderful opportunity for the youngest members of the community to develop early social and educational skills.
Coming Soon
Exciting changes are happening at Timberlane Park! As of early 2024, plans were underway to add both a dog park and a skate park to the grounds. These additions will make the park an even more inclusive space for different interests and age groups.
Behind the Scenes
The Hesperia Parks and Recreation department takes care of Timberlane Park, working to ensure this community space remains a welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy.
