Trinta Park

Little League Home Field

Trinta Park serves as the official home for San Mateo Little League American (SMLLA). The park features two full baseball fields: the North field and the South field.

The South field, with its smaller dimensions, is typically utilized by younger age divisions, while the older kids play on the larger North field. This setup allows for age-appropriate play and ensures that all young baseball enthusiasts have a suitable space to practice and compete.

Park Amenities

In addition to the baseball fields, Trinta Park offers various amenities for visitors and players alike. The park includes a playground area, providing a space for younger children to play when not participating in or watching baseball games.

There's also a basketball hoop area, offering an alternative sporting option for park-goers.

Management and Maintenance

The City of San Mateo's Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the overall management and upkeep of Trinta Park. However, SMLLA takes charge of maintaining the infield at their designated home field.

Weather Policy

Trinta Park's commitment to baseball is evident in its policy regarding inclement weather. Games typically continue even in light rain, unless there are safety concerns.
