Walteria Park

Play & Recreation Spaces

The basketball court at Walteria Park comes alive on weekends, with regular half-court action happening Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. Sports enthusiasts will also appreciate the softball diamond, tennis court, and pickleball court at this 4.5-acre park in Torrance.

Craving some downtime instead? The park's picnic areas, barbecues, and fire pit offer perfect spots to relax or gather with friends. What we appreciate about Walteria Park is that it rarely feels crowded - you can actually hear yourself think here.

Something for Every Age

Kids will make a beeline for the children's play equipment, while adults might appreciate the exercise area to get in a quick workout. Parents: the playground sits close to the party area, so you can keep an eye on the little ones while setting up for gatherings.
