Three full basketball courts await you at Fitzmorris Park, great for shooting hoops with friends, joining a pickup game, or just working on your jump shot in peace.

There's also an informal soccer field where you can enjoy a casual match without the pressure of perfectly drawn lines or regulation goals. The flat, grassy area works great for soccer, flag football, or whatever game you dream up. During fall months, you'll spot local youth football teams practicing here.

The park offers a spacious open field that's basically a blank canvas for your outdoor activities. With its flat terrain, you can do just about anything here.

If you're a dog owner, you're in luck - this is a popular spot for neighborhood pups and their humans. While not an official dog park, it's a great place to let your four-legged friend stretch their legs (just remember to clean up after them).

As part of Arvada's parks system, Fitzmorris helps fulfill the city's mission to have a park within a ten-minute walk for most residents (they're aiming for 96%).
