There are grassy areas ideal for sprawling out with a good book or enjoying a lazy afternoon. Need a spot for a family gathering? The shelter with picnic tables is surprisingly spacious and provides shade during those sunny Colorado days.

A winding walking path meanders through part of the park, ideal for those who prefer a leisurely stroll to an intense workout. The terrain here isn't perfectly flat - built on a hill, it adds some interesting contours to your walk and to the overall landscape.
