At 26 acres, Park of the Americas is a surprisingly spacious stretch of green for an urban setting, sitting just north of State Road 408 and west of the Orlando Executive Airport. It's a genuine escape without having to leave town.

A lake is the park's centerpiece, encircled by a half-mile, 12-foot-wide path ideal for a morning jog or evening stroll. The paved trail accommodates walking, jogging, cycling, and rollerblading.

Fitness and Recreation

The trail features five workout stations where you can break up your run with some strength training. These stations offer various equipment for calisthenics and other exercises, making it easy to mix up your outdoor workout routine.

Dog owners will find fenced dog areas with separate sections for small and large dogs. These areas include tunnels and obstacles for training, shade pavilions, and water stations. There's plenty of space for dogs to run around and make new friends, making it a good option among Orlando's dog parks.

The lake isn't just pretty to look at - it's a hub of activity. It attracts local birds and wildlife, making it a nice spot for nature watching. Some folks bring fishing gear to try their luck, while others enjoy kayaking on the water.

Family Amenities
