The park's primary focus is on baseball and softball, featuring four lighted fields equipped with digital scoreboards. These fields serve as venues for youth recreation leagues, middle school baseball, and select fast-pitch softball leagues.
Additionally, the park hosts softball and baseball tournaments throughout the year.
Accessibility Improvements
Ambuc Park has recently undergone improvements to enhance accessibility. In early 2024, ground was broken for a new inclusive playground designed to accommodate children of all abilities.
This project includes specialized equipment such as wheelchair swings, a handicap-accessible zip line, and a zero-entry merry-go-round.
