A Tribute to a Community Hero
Mandrake Park is a 10.16-acre recreational space located in the Oakland community of Chicago, Illinois. Dedicated in 2001, the park serves as a tribute to Henry McNeil "Mandrake" Brown, a community activist who made significant contributions to improving the quality of life for local residents.
