Natural Features
Flat Fork Creek Park is a 60-acre environmental and recreational park designed to connect visitors with nature. Situated at 16141 E 101st Street, the park features rolling hills, wooded areas, and a creek, offering an escape into a scenic natural environment.
Formerly farmland, the park has been transformed into a multi-level outdoor space incorporating reforestation and eco-friendly designs.
Outdoor Activities
One of the park's highlights is its 60-foot sledding hill, the tallest point in Hamilton County, which offers winter fun for families and year-round views of the surrounding area.
For adventure seekers, the park boasts a 2-mile progressive mountain bike course with ramps and technical features, suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.
A 1.5-mile trail network, both paved and unpaved, including an elevated boardwalk, allows hikers and nature enthusiasts to explore the area's diverse ecosystems.
Fishing and Exploration
Flat Fork Creek Park is home to a fishing pond, where visitors can enjoy catch-and-release fishing with a state license (exempt for ages 17 and under).
Unique treehouses, accessible for all abilities, offer elevated views of the park and serve as an ideal spot for observing local wildlife.
Environmental Conservation
The park includes 20 acres of reforestation and habitat protection, as well as 12 acres of newly planted native trees and 32 acres of native seeding.
These efforts create space for sustainable habitat restoration while maintaining recreational appeal.

Picnic areas are available, with a covered shelter that can be rented for family gatherings and events.
