The crown jewel of Lincolnway Park has to be its thriving community garden plots. With 20 standard plots measuring 10 x 20 feet available for rent, it's a wonderful spot to test your green thumb or grow some homegrown veggies. What we particularly appreciate is the thoughtful inclusion of 4 ADA-accessible raised plots (about 3 x 10 x 2 feet), ensuring that gardening remains a joy available to everyone, regardless of mobility challenges.

Just a heads-up if you're planning a trip: Lincolnway follows seasonal patterns like other parks in the system. The full-service season runs approximately from early May through late September. During these months, you'll have access to restrooms, drinking fountains, and can even reserve the pavilion for gatherings. Outside these months, expect more limited amenities.
