History and Background
Luxton Park is a 4.49-acre neighborhood park in the Prospect Park – East River Road area of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Originally named Prospect Field, it was established in 1912 and later renamed in 1963 to honor George E. Luxton, a longtime reporter and community advocate.
Outdoor Recreation Facilities
