Positioned in the Mayo Clinic's downtown campus in Rochester, Minnesota, the Feith Family Statuary Park offers a quiet little escape from the hustle of hospital life. What makes this green space special is the collection of bronze figures that showcase Mayo Clinic's history, along with its tranquil setting.

The park showcases beautifully crafted statues honoring the clinic's founding figures, including Dr. William Worrall Mayo and his sons, Dr. William J. Mayo and Dr. Charles H. Mayo - the brilliant minds behind what would become one of the world's leading medical institutions.

Our personal favorite is the sculpture "My Brother and I" by artist Tuck Langland, which captures the Mayo brothers sitting together in casual conversation. There's something genuinely touching about seeing these medical pioneers portrayed not as distant historical figures, but as real people sharing a moment together.

The park has a calm atmosphere - one that reflects the Mayo family's approach to collaboration and patient care. You'll discover additional statues throughout, including impressive larger-than-life representations of William Worrall Mayo and Mother M. You'll find the park just west of the Gonda Building on the Mayo campus. It's part of a larger collection of public art scattered throughout downtown Rochester, including various murals and sculptures worth exploring if you have the time.
