Nestled across 45 acres, Santa Fe Trail Park is a living window into American history, preserving authentic 19th-century ruts from the Oregon, California, and Santa Fe trails. Walking these preserved paths, you can almost hear the creaking wagon wheels that once carried pioneers westward across the continent.
Gather Around: Picnic Spaces
The heart of the park features a welcoming picnic pavilion equipped with eight picnic tables and several grills (two double and one single), great for everything from casual lunches to memorable family gatherings. The covered shelter provides shade on sunny days and can be reserved for special occasions.
Need to charge your phone or use the restroom? No worries - the pavilion comes with electrical outlets and has restrooms nearby.
Play All Day
The park doesn't skimp on fun activities. Kids can explore two playgrounds designed for different age groups, including a thoughtful feature parents of young children will appreciate: a tandem swing for toddlers.
