The sprawling green spaces at Evergreen Park are meant for throwing a frisbee or kicking a ball around with friends. If basketball is more your thing, you'll come across a well-maintained paved court where you can shoot some hoops or jump into a pickup game.

Kids have their own space to explore at The playground area, however, it's worth mentioning that the equipment could use some modernizing. The athletic field gives plenty of room for impromptu soccer matches or just running around with your dog.

Relaxation Spots

Need a break from the hustle? Evergreen Park has several picnic sites where you can spread out a blanket and enjoy a leisurely outdoor meal. It's actually a pretty lovely spot to have lunch, with trees dotted throughout providing welcome patches of shade on hot Montana days.

Note that you won't find any public restrooms here, so plan accordingly before your visit.

Neighborhood Haven

At 5 acres, this modest community park has become a peaceful retreat right in the middle of a family-filled neighborhood. It's the kind of place where you can take a deep breath and enjoy a moment of green tranquility.

You'll come across this intimate space at the corner of Avenue D and 14th Street West, easily walkable for folks living in the surrounding homes.
