Located in West Omaha, Nebraska, Roberts Park spreads across 20 acres of greenery along Little Papillion Creek. Historic Skate Park

The skate park here isn't just any skate park - it's actually a piece of local history as the very first skate park in any City of Omaha public park. Spanning an impressive 14,000 square feet of concrete playground, it's a haven for both skateboarders and in-line skaters looking to practice their moves.

What makes this spot special is its variety - there's a snake run featuring two bowls (some with pretty challenging steepness), a 6-foot pyramid with a hubba, stair sets complete with rails, a funbox, and an assortment of quarter ramps and inclines. If you're just starting out, swing by on Saturday mornings when instructors sometimes drop in to help younger skaters find their balance and confidence.

Recreational Facilities

Beyond skating, Roberts Park offers several other recreational options as well. There's a baseball field where local teams often practice and play friendly matches. The tennis courts are meant for anyone wanting to work on their serve or just enjoy a casual game.
