The swimming pool is definitely a highlight during those warm summer months. Run by the Town of Salina, it offers regular swim sessions and American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim programs if you're looking to improve your technique or get the kids water-confident. The water's consistently clean, and the staff tends to be genuinely friendly rather than just going through the motions. There's a pavilion with tables near the pool area where you can escape the sun, catch your breath, and maybe enjoy a packed lunch.

Sports Options

If swimming isn't your thing, there are plenty of land-based activities to enjoy. The tennis courts and basketball court are well-maintained for casual games or more competitive play. Soccer enthusiasts can take advantage of the dedicated soccer field, which provides a decent space for both informal kickarounds and organized matches.
