Park Overview

Found in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Honeycutt Park is a breath of fresh air for locals and visitors alike. This public recreational space is part of the Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks & Recreation system and sits right next to the Kiwanis Recreation Center - together forming a pretty impressive recreational hub.

Playgrounds

Kids have their choice between two distinct playground areas that cater to different ages. The little ones can enjoy a toddler-friendly zone complete with a large dragon structure that never fails to spark some imagination. Older kids get their own space with more challenging equipment, including some pretty cool climbing structures that'll keep them entertained for hours.

The spider web climbing net sitting at the center of the play area is a definite favorite among the more adventurous children. A nice touch is the soft rubber flooring throughout the playgrounds instead of traditional mulch - much easier on little knees when tumbles happen!

Water Fun

When summer temperatures soar, the park's splash pad becomes the place to be. This generous water play area has enough space for multiple children to run through sprinklers and get thoroughly soaked. The best part? It's completely free - a fantastic way to cool down without breaking the bank.

You'll find some shaded tables nearby, however on busy days you might want to bring your own chairs just to be safe.
