Haikey Creek Park is a 170-acre green space located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The park spans from Bixby to Broken Arrow, making it a unique location in Tulsa County where visitors can stand in two places at once. Named after C. Ben Haikey, a preacher and tribal member of the Union Band of Opotheleyahola Creek (now known as the Muscogee Nation), the park has historical significance dating back to 1901 when Haikey began preaching under a brush arbor on his allotment in the area that is now the park.
The park features a variety of recreational facilities catering to different interests. It includes sports courts and fields, providing opportunities for various athletic activities. A 2.3-mile walking trail winds through the park, offering visitors a chance to enjoy nature and exercise. The park also boasts an 18-hole disc golf course with cement tees, featuring a mix of wide-open and tight, wooded holes that challenge players of all skill levels.
