We were particularly struck by the preservation efforts here - over 60 pecan trees have been transplanted to create this urban woodland, alongside several mature red oak trees that found a second life in the park.

The heart of Northwest Greenway is its 10-foot-wide hike and bike trail crafted from decomposed granite. This path connects to the entire Mueller trail network, making it convenient when you want to explore more of the area.
