Central Park

Trails and Exercise Spots

The 0.33-mile jogging trail that winds through Central Park in Beaumont is well-suited for a brisk morning run or a leisurely evening stroll. It's one of several recreational options in this green escape from the surrounding urban landscape.

Sports Courts

Got a competitive streak? The park houses two basketball courts where you can shoot some hoops and two tennis courts for those who prefer rackets to basketballs. Whether you're organizing a friendly match or just practicing your serve, these courts are available for your use.

Kid-Friendly Zones

The little ones won't be bored here! Central Park recently upgraded its playground area, replacing the old wooden Imagination Station with brand new equipment. The modern play structures offer a safe and fun environment where kids can climb, slide, and burn off energy.

Chill-Out Areas

Need a quiet moment or planning a small gathering? The park features a charming gazebo, a covered shelter, and several picnic areas scattered throughout the grounds. These spots are ideal for family lunches, reading a book, or simply watching the world go by.

And yes, there are restroom facilities available - a practical detail that makes longer visits much more comfortable.

Splash Zone

During hot Texas summers, the park's water playground or splashpad is particularly popular. It's a great spot for families looking to cool down when the temperature rises. Note that the splashpad typically operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day, so plan your water adventures accordingly.

Community Space

Central Park offers both recreational activities and quiet spots, making it a popular place for Beaumont residents to gather, relax, and enjoy some nature within the city.
