Tucked right next to a school, Braden Aboud Memorial Park is a fantastic hangout spot for both students and locals alike. This sprawling green space has a little something for everyone, no matter what you're into.

Sports enthusiasts will feel right at home with the park's variety of athletic facilities. There's a baseball field where you can practice your swing or catch a local game. Skateboarding more your style? The dedicated skate park is excellent for showing off those ollies and kickflips you've been working on.

Dog owners, you're in luck! The park is dog-friendly, with waste bag stations conveniently placed throughout, so you and your four-legged friend can enjoy some outdoor time together.

Getting Around & Staying Comfortable

The park does a good job with accessibility, featuring paths that work well for wheelchairs and strollers. Generally speaking, the grounds are clean and well-kept, creating a safe environment for everyone.

Just note that the restroom facilities are portable toilets rather than permanent structures, though they're serviced regularly. There's plenty of parking available if you're driving over.

One quick heads-up: the concrete surfaces around the spray park can get slippery when wet, so watch your step when the water features are running. Otherwise, the park is designed with your comfort and safety in mind.
