Trail System
Starwood Park features a paved trail that runs through a narrow public hike and bike trail easement on private property. The trail is part of a larger trail system that begins at a trailhead and continues north through the Starwood subdivision.
The Starwood Trail, which runs through the park, is approximately 1.3 miles long. Heading south on the trail will eventually lead to The Star, a major landmark in Frisco.
Park Features
Situated along a creek corridor, this neighborhood park covers an area of about 2.2 acres. The easement allows public access to the paved trailway only, providing residents and visitors the ability to travel from Lebanon Road north to Stonebrook Parkway.
History and Location
The park is named after the Starwood Development that surrounds it. It was initially completed in 1996, with reinvestments made in 2012 to improve its facilities.
