Got kids? The park features playground equipment with slides and monkey bars that will keep the little ones entertained for hours. Just note there aren't any swing sets at the moment. When Houston's famous heat kicks in, the splash park area becomes the place to be - children absolutely love cooling off in the water features.

The covered picnic shelters offer a welcome retreat from the sun and a great spot to enjoy a family meal. While you won't find permanent BBQ pits, you're welcome to bring your portable grill - just remember to clean up afterward!
