Terrace Park got a serious glow-up through the 2021 Bond Program. Finished in August 2023, the renovations brought in shiny new playground equipment, better sidewalk approaches, extra benches, and some much-appreciated shaded areas.

These thoughtful updates have made the park more welcoming for everyone - no matter if you're chasing toddlers or seeking a quiet bench. The improvements have made it a popular outdoor spot in Richardson.

Spread across 10.24 acres, this park has something for every energy level. When Texas heat kicks in, the swimming pool offers sweet relief, with a separate baby pool for the little ones.

For sports enthusiasts, the park offers several options. There's a lighted baseball field, a soccer field for your footwork, two lighted tennis courts that local players swear by, and even a dedicated pickleball court for those who've joined the fastest growing sport in America.

Kid-Friendly Zone

The playground boasts brand new equipment with slides that are excellent for younger children. You can find swings, climbing structures, and - parents rejoice - plenty of shade for those scorching summer days.
