Situated on 3.32 acres in Round Rock, Chisholm Valley Park is a neighborhood green space where locals come to enjoy some fresh air and recreation.

The heart of the park is its modernized playscape that keeps kids of all ages entertained. The swings and slides of various sizes are popular with children, while the see-saw (something you don't see in many parks these days!) adds a touch of nostalgia. There's also a sand pit where kids can play - a good option when they need a break from the more active equipment.

Get Moving

If you're looking to stretch your legs, the park's 0.35-mile trail offers an excellent loop for a quick jog or leisurely walk. Not exactly marathon training grounds, but just right for a breath of fresh air or walking the dog.

The open practice field gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. You'll often see impromptu soccer games and local families kicking a ball around or running through practice drills on weekends.

Picnic Perfect

Packing lunch? The park offers several picnic facilities with tables and a shelter where you can escape the Texas sun. The grills on-site make this a great spot for weekend barbecues - just bring your charcoal and favorite foods! With ample seating scattered within the grounds, you can always find a place to relax and watch the kids play or simply enjoy a quiet moment outdoors.

Neighborhood Retreat

Located just off Trey Street, this park has become a valuable community gathering spot in this Round Rock neighborhood. It's the kind of place where you might bump into neighbors and make new friends.

The park sits near train tracks, which can be interesting for train-loving kids who enjoy watching when one passes by. There's also a drinking fountain to quench your thirst after playing or walking.

Note that the park doesn't appear to have public restrooms, so plan accordingly before your visit.
