Recreation Facilities

Sertoma Park is a haven for sports enthusiasts in Provo. The park has multiple soccer fields with well-maintained grass that makes for smooth gameplay. We've found the quality of these fields to be pretty impressive compared to some other local parks.

You're welcome to use the fields whenever they're not booked for official events or league play. On any given afternoon, you'll likely spot soccer games or ultimate frisbee practices in full swing. Just keep in mind that soccer goals might be locked up when not part of official activities.

Amenities

Got little ones? The park includes a small playground area that's meant for younger children. What we appreciate is that it's fully fenced, giving parents a bit more peace of mind while the kids play.

There's also a spacious pavilion that's ideal for family gatherings, birthday parties, or community meetups. If you're planning something special, you can reserve it through Provo City Parks and Recreation.

Facilities

The restrooms here are clean and accessible, however nothing fancy - they get the job done. There's also a drinking fountain on-site, which comes in handy after running around the fields on a warm day.

One thing we enjoy about Sertoma is how the open fields are framed by trees along the edges, creating a nice natural border that adds to the park's charm.

Location and Size

Spanning roughly 10 acres, Sertoma Park is conveniently situated between two schools - Centennial Middle School to the west and Rock Canyon Elementary to the east. The park shares parking with these schools, which means there's usually enough space, but you might need to walk a bit during peak times.

This location makes it a natural gathering spot for after-school activities and weekend community events. If you're looking to join a pickup game or just need some open space to toss a frisbee, there's room for everyone.

Views and Surroundings

One of the understated perks of spending time at Sertoma Park is the stunning backdrop of mountains and canyon views. There's something special about kicking a soccer ball around while surrounded by Utah's natural beauty - it adds an extra dimension to your outdoor experience.
