The park has a moderately new playground that got a facelift a few years back. While not the newest playground in town, it offers a safe space where the kiddos can burn off some energy.

The spinning bubble feature is a definite hit with the younger crowd - just be prepared for the inevitable "one more time" requests! You might want to keep an eye on your little ones though, as some equipment shows signs of wear and tear from years of enthusiastic play.

What You'll Find

Beyond the playground, you'll discover a simple but spacious grassy field fantastic for frisbee, catch, or just sprawling out with a good book. Currently, there's a lone bench for when you need a breather, but picnic tables and pavilions are noticeably absent - though not for long (more on that below).

Dotted within the park, shade trees offer welcome relief on those scorching Utah summer days. And yes, there's a trash can available - a small but important detail when you're trying to keep things tidy.

Just a heads-up: there are no restrooms here, so plan accordingly if you're bringing the family for an extended play session.

Looking Ahead

Exciting changes are coming to Country Squire Park! The city has plans to install a standard pavilion - nothing fancy, but definitely practical - complete with two aluminum picnic tables. This will create a proper spot for family picnics, birthday celebrations, or just enjoying lunch in the shade.

Three additional shade trees are also in the works, which will not only enhance the park's natural beauty but provide even more reprieve from the summer heat.

While modest in size and amenities, Country Squire Park plays an important role in West Jordan's network of green spaces.
