About the Location

Diverse Community Space

Crossroads Park is a 34-acre public park located in Bellevue, Washington. Situated in one of the most culturally diverse neighborhoods in the city, the park serves as a vibrant community gathering space where visitors can often hear multiple languages being spoken.

Water Features

A centerpiece of Crossroads Park is its popular water spray playground, which operates seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. This unique attraction includes water-themed elements such as spitting frogs, spouting orcas, and squirting clams, providing a fun and refreshing experience for children during warm months.

Recreational Facilities

For sports enthusiasts, Crossroads Park offers full-size basketball courts, tennis courts, and a skate bowl. The park also includes a 9-hole par-3 golf course, suitable for both traditional golf and foot golf.

Large grassy areas provide space for informal games, picnics, and relaxation.

Family Amenities

Families with children can enjoy two separate play areas, including a themed playground. The park's picnic facilities include one large shelter that can accommodate up to 150 people, as well as two smaller shelters near the water spray playground.

Community Venues

Crossroads Park is also home to a full-service community center, the Bellevue Youth Theatre, and seasonal community gardens. Paved trails and jogging paths wind through the park, offering opportunities for walking, jogging, and casual strolls.

Events and Festivals

Throughout the year, Crossroads Park hosts various community events and festivals, including the Bellevue Strawberry Festival in late June, further cementing its role as a central hub for local gatherings and celebrations.
