Meadowbrook Park

Unique Obstacle Courses

Meadowbrook Park features two obstacle courses modeled after the reality television show American Ninja Warrior. On one side is equipment designed for children and people with basic fitness ability.

The other side has an eight-challenge obstacle course for adults with climbing ropes, strength bars, and agility pads. Local residents and fitness enthusiasts use these obstacle courses for training and enjoyment.

Park Facilities

In addition to the obstacle courses, Meadowbrook Park contains green spaces, shade structures, and walking paths. The park also offers basketball courts and volleyball courts for sports enthusiasts.

The smaller course with kid-friendly elements gives families an alternative to a typical playground experience.

History and Development

The park officially opened in July 2018 and spans 7.11 acres. The City of Chandler developed this unique park concept based on community feedback.

The surrounding area already had several standard playgrounds, so this park was designed to offer something different for neighborhood residents.
