Located in Chandler, Arizona, Snedigar East Park sprawls across a generous 90 acres as part of the larger Snedigar Sportsplex. This expansive green space offers something for everyone who enjoys the outdoors, whether you're a serious athlete or just looking to enjoy some fresh air.

If you're into team sports, you're in luck. The park is loaded with fields for just about everything - baseball, softball, soccer, and even cricket. We're talking two professional-sized baseball fields, four softball fields, four Little League baseball fields, and a whopping twelve soccer fields. On weekends, these soccer fields come alive with youth club games - the energy is contagious, even if you're just passing by.

A Skater's Dream

Even if team sports aren't your thing, the park's skate park might be your new favorite spot. At 35,000 square feet, it's considered one of the top-rated in the country (no exaggeration). The concrete bowls, decks, blocks, and metal rails provide challenges for everyone from beginners to seasoned pros. It's completely free and open to use at your own risk - just bring your board and helmet.

Chill-Out Zones for Everyone

Need a break from all the action? The park offers plenty of ways to unwind. Take a leisurely stroll along the well-kept walking trails, or watch the kids burn off energy at one of the playground structures scattered across the park. These play areas are thoughtfully designed and located in different sections, so you're never too far from one.

When hunger strikes, head to one of the multiple covered picnic areas with tables - fantastic for a family lunch or a snack break between games. Clean restrooms are available, but you might need to walk a bit to find them given how spread out everything is.

Bringing your four-legged friend? The park is very dog-friendly and includes a dedicated dog park where your pup can socialize and play. Just note that on Wednesdays, this area closes from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM for maintenance.

Good to Know

The park has plenty of parking areas distributed among the various fields, but it's worth arriving early on weekends or during tournaments when spaces fill up quickly.

As for the grounds themselves, they're generally well-maintained, especially during peak sporting seasons. The grass quality does change with Arizona's seasonal shifts - it's just part of desert living.
