Prospect Terrace Park

What started in 1994 as a modest neighborhood block party has grown into one of Central Arkansas's most anticipated annual festivals. Now in its 32nd year, Hillcrest HarvestFest celebrates the unique spirit of the Hillcrest neighborhood — its people, its businesses, and its enduring charm — drawing tens of thousands from across Little Rock and beyond. The 2026 festival runs 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Kavanaugh Boulevard and features live music all day on the Lost Forty Stage, building to Chicago indie rock headliners Ratboys at 6 p.m. The legendary HarvestFest Dog Show (presented by Hounds Lounge) runs 3–5 p.m. with categories including best costume, waggiest tail, and the coveted Best in Hillcrest sash. The HarvestFest Kids Zone offers games, crafts, and hands-on fun from noon to 4 p.m. Twelve food trucks, six SIP stations of local brews, and more than 30 local vendors round out the day. General admission is free. A VIP experience is available for $48 (plus taxes and fees), including all-you-can-drink, all-you-can-eat BBQ, and access to the Razorback watch party. As a 501(c)(3) organization, HarvestFest supports The Allen School, a local nonprofit serving children with special needs.
