The park complex includes a Family Resource Center and Gymnasium, which opened in 2016. This facility houses various community services, including a secure WIC location, a remote security office, a teen center, and a teaching kitchen.
It also provides spaces for native dance, music, arts, and crafts activities. Additional features include a community garden, allowing residents to cultivate their own plants.
Seasonal Attractions
A splash pad operates during summer months, providing a refreshing play area for children. This 9-acre public space, which opened in 1966, is located adjacent to Ponderosa Elementary School and serves as a central recreational area for the Anaheim community.
