Friendship Park wraps around the Chula Vista Civic Center Library like a green hug, sitting at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and F Street in Chula Vista, California. This public space isn't just a patch of grass - it's a community living room where locals come to breathe, meet, and escape.

Spanning about 4 acres, the park offers plenty of room to spread out a picnic blanket, lose yourself in a good book, or simply lie back on the grass and watch clouds drift by.

Natural Features

One of the park's nice features is the canopy of mature trees that dot the landscape, creating welcome shade on hot Southern California days. These trees provide good coverage, offering respite from the sun during the hottest parts of the day.
