Named after Chet Norman, the city's first park supervisor, Norman Park has roots that go back to the former Chula Vista Library site. In 1963, the Norman Park Center for Senior Citizens was constructed here, and today it remains the heart of this cozy 1.5-acre space in Chula Vista, hosting various senior activities and community gatherings.
