If you prefer a more casual setup, several uncovered picnic spots are scattered throughout the grounds.

Getting There

You'll discover Gettysburg Park near where Burl Avenue meets Armstrong Avenue in Clovis. There's a dedicated parking lot on the left side, and when that fills up (as it sometimes does on beautiful weekends), additional street parking is available. Next to the park, you'll notice a fenced flat field.

Good to Know

If you're looking for a quieter experience, try visiting on weekday mornings when the park has a peaceful, almost meditative vibe. Weekend afternoons tend to be livelier with families and kids in full swing. The park welcomes visitors daily from 7AM to 10PM, and security cameras are in place to keep the space safe for everyone.
