Colton Park

Park Overview

Colton Park has been serving the Laguna Springs community since its completion in 1991, making it a well-established fixture in Elk Grove, California. The park spans a modest 3.5 acres - small in size, but offering just the right setting for a peaceful afternoon outdoors.

Playground Facilities

At the center of the park sits a thoughtfully designed playground that caters to kids of all ages. Little ones between 2-5 years can safely explore age-appropriate equipment, while older children aged 5-12 have their own challenging play structures to conquer. The playground is dotted with trees that cast welcome patches of shade during those sunny California days - ideal for parents watching from the sidelines.

Recreation Spaces

When you're in the mood for some light exercise, the park's walking paths invite you to take a leisurely stroll. The open green spaces aren't just pretty to look at - they're yours to enjoy for a spontaneous frisbee game, a quick picnic, or simply finding a quiet spot to unwind with a good book.
