Park Overview

Located in Oxnard, California, Southwest Community Park sprawls across a generous 26 acres of recreational space. This large green space has activities for everyone, from sports enthusiasts to families looking for a relaxing afternoon outdoors. If you happen to visit later in the day, the tree-lined perimeter creates a fantastic frame for some truly stunning sunset views that are worth sticking around for.

Athletic Facilities

Sports lovers will appreciate the multiple soccer fields that are versatile enough to host soccer, field hockey, and lacrosse. Complete with painted boundary lines and proper goals, these fields are ready for both casual kickarounds and organized competitions. During spring and summer, the fields come alive with football and soccer activities, creating an energetic atmosphere across the park.

The vast grassy expanses also make perfect spots for impromptu games, picnic spreads, or just getting some steps in. Just watch your step though - those gopher holes scattered across the lawn can catch you by surprise!
