The historic district, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 9, 2004, encompasses 821 structures, primarily single-family homes built between the 1890s and 1940s. These homes showcase a wide variety of architectural styles, including late Victorian, National Folk, Craftsman, Mission/Spanish Colonial Revival, Tudor, and Classical Revival.
