Tucked away in Pomona, California, Veterans Park isn't your typical housing complex - it's a thoughtfully designed community created specifically with veterans and their families in mind. Just a short two-block stroll from the Pomona Transit Center and within easy walking distance to the vibrant Downtown Arts District, this community blends convenience with purpose.

Built in 2021, the community offers 60 comfortable apartment homes that come in one, two, or three-bedroom layouts (25 one-bedrooms, 15 two-bedrooms, and 20 three-bedrooms), ensuring options for different family sizes and needs.

Serving Those Who Served

Half of these welcoming homes - thirty apartments in total - are set aside specifically for veterans who've experienced homelessness. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs handles these referrals directly, helping connect former service members with the housing they deserve.

Architecturally, the complex features a single Type V over Type I building that draws inspiration from the area's mission-style aesthetics and the historic Pomona train depot nearby. You'll notice thoughtful public art elements throughout the property that create a nice connection to Pomona's artistic heritage.
