Right next to the Mayfair Community Center, this 6-acre park is the social backbone of East San Jose's Mayfair neighborhood. Mayfair Park offers more than just green space - it's a place where the neighborhood connects.

No matter if you're looking to play, relax, or connect with others, you can find your space here. With attractions for various age groups from toddlers to teens to seniors, families can easily spend the day here together - and yes, there's plenty of parking available across the grounds.

Water Features and Sports Areas

When summer temperatures climb, the Mayfair Pool offers welcome relief. Its water spray playground is free during summer months - particularly appreciated during California heatwaves. Nothing beats watching kids dash through sprinklers when the thermometer starts creeping up!

Skateboarders have their own dedicated space too. The skate park features a great flat bar and ledge that gives riders of all skill levels a place to practice their moves safely, away from pedestrian traffic and disapproving security guards at the local shopping centers.

Child-Friendly Amenities

The recently upgraded playgrounds are thoughtfully designed with different age groups in mind. Younger children (ages 2-5) have their own area with appropriately sized equipment, while the 5-12 crowd gets more challenging structures. The new swings, slides, and play structures are a hit with the local kids.
