Hiddenbrooke Park

Hiddenbrooke Park is a public recreational area located in Vallejo, California. The park encompasses approximately 3.2 acres of land at the end of Alder Creek Road in the Hiddenbrooke Community. It was developed as part of a planned development process, with the City of Vallejo using park dedication funds to design and construct the facility.

The park's creation involved community input, with a design charrette held in September 2012 to gather feedback from neighborhood residents and stakeholders about desired features. This process helped shape the park's final design, which incorporates elements requested by the community.

Construction of Hiddenbrooke Park began with grading work in mid-February 2014. The park was scheduled for completion in late summer 2014, with an estimated budget of $1.0 million for its development. Upon completion, the Greater Vallejo Recreation District assumed responsibility for the park's operations and maintenance.

Hiddenbrooke Park serves as a local community park, providing recreational opportunities for residents of the surrounding Hiddenbrooke neighborhood and visitors from other parts of Vallejo. Its location at the end of Alder Creek Road offers a secluded setting within the planned community.
