As for restrooms, there's no permanent facility in the park itself, but you can find a portable toilet under the Spear Boulevard Bridge. If you're looking for something more comfortable, the REI flagship store is just a 3-minute walk away with restrooms available inside.

Things to Do

If you're into fishing, the South Platte River has trout, and you'll often see anglers practicing catch-and-release here. It's a surprisingly decent fishing spot considering you're right in the heart of the city.

For the fitness enthusiasts, there are some pull-up bars if you want to squeeze in a quick workout. The connected river trail is great for walking, jogging, or biking, and your four-legged friends are welcome too - making it an ideal spot for dog owners.

Part of what makes Fishback Landing so convenient is its location near other Denver highlights, including the Denver Aquarium. It offers a bit of nature without straying far from urban amenities.

Getting There

The park has its own small parking lot that typically isn't as crowded as the REI lot nearby. This makes it an easy jumping-off point for accessing the river trail or surrounding attractions.

The park welcomes visitors daily from 5AM to 11PM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy this urban oasis.
