Volunteer Park

Natural Escape

At 16.32 acres, Volunteer Park is one of the more generously sized green spaces in Coral Springs, Florida - a little pocket of nature where you can actually hear yourself think in the midst of suburban life.

The walking path that meanders through the grounds is excellent for those morning strolls where you need to clear your head, or an evening walk to wind down after a long day. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery that somehow makes the Florida heat feel a little more bearable.

Play & Sport Options

If you've got kids in tow, the playground area offers a safe space where they can burn off energy while you catch a moment on a nearby bench. Nothing quite like watching little ones navigate the world of slides and climbing structures!

For those of us who enjoy a bit of friendly competition, there's a tennis court and half basketball court - meant for impromptu games or working on that serve you've been meaning to perfect. Beach volleyball enthusiasts will appreciate the sand volleyball court, where you can dig and spike to your heart's content without the actual beach crowds.

Gathering Spaces

The two picnic pavilions at Volunteer Park make this spot ideal for everything from birthday celebrations to casual weekend gatherings. These covered havens provide much-needed shade during those scorching Florida afternoons and shelter when those surprise rain showers roll through.
