Betty Booth Roberts Park features a 33-meter by 13-yard competition pool that's open year-round. Thanks to both heating and cooling systems, the water stays at a just-right temperature between 78 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit - never too chilly, never too warm.

You'll find men's and women's locker rooms for changing, plus an outdoor shower for a quick rinse. The slides are a particular highlight for many pool-goers, adding a dash of fun to your swim session.

Looking to shoot some hoops? The park has full-size basketball courts and a quad basketball area where you can practice your jump shot or enjoy a pickup game.

The multi-use field is a blank canvas for whatever sport or activity you're in the mood for. There's also some outdoor exercise equipment available, but be aware that a few machines might need some TLC from time to time.

They come equipped with two tables and electrical outlets - just note that you can't move tables between shelters. Beyond these rentable spaces, you'll discover several picnic tables dotted across the grounds for impromptu lunches or snack breaks.
