An illuminated walking path is one of Westbrook Park's most practical features - ideal for those evening strolls in Miami when the daytime heat has finally subsided. The layout across 2.5 acres includes open green spaces where you can kick a soccer ball around, toss a football, or simply sprawl out on the grass with a good book, surrounded by lush vegetation.
The abundant trees and greenery create a peaceful natural area within the neighborhood. If you're lucky, you might even spot some of the local wildlife - including the iguanas that have claimed the park as their turf.
Family-Friendly Amenities
If you're visiting with kids, the playground area provides a space where the little ones can burn off energy and make new friends. It accommodates various age ranges in a safe environment, however it's worth noting that the playground has a sand surface rather than rubber flooring.
