Recreational Facilities

Azalea Park spans a large area and offers a variety of facilities and activities for visitors of all ages. The park features wide open spaces with grassy areas, providing ample room for leisure activities and outdoor relaxation.

At the heart of the park is the Azalea Recreation Center, which hosts various classes and activities for both adults and youth. The center also offers specialized Therapeutic Recreation programs.

Trails and Fitness

A marked 1.25-mile path along the outer perimeter of the park on cement sidewalks offers a convenient route for walkers and joggers. The path includes both sunny and shaded sections, making it suitable for use throughout the day.

For fitness enthusiasts, the park features an outdoor Fitness Zone with exercise equipment, located on the 22nd Avenue side of the park next to the tennis courts.

Activities and Amenities

Azalea Park is home to a 9-hole disc golf course located in the center of the park. This course is free to use, and discs can be obtained from inside the main building.

Multiple parking lots are available throughout the park, including shaded areas near the main building and sunny spots at the far end of the park.
